Terms of use

These terms govern your use of YoPace ("the Service"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age for digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with the Service, attempt to access it through means other than the supported clients, or probe its security in unauthorised ways;
• scrape, mirror, or republish content from the Service without our written permission;
• use the Service to upload illegal, abusive, or rights-infringing content;
• impersonate another user or coach, or share an account with someone who is not an authorised user.

Your content

Training data, comments, and any other content you submit to the Service remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, and display that content strictly for the purpose of operating the Service for you and the coaches or athletes you choose to share with.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, place the Service or its other users at risk, or fail to settle an outstanding subscription invoice. We will notify you in advance whenever circumstances reasonably allow.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Lausanne, Switzerland — without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
