Terms of sales

These terms apply when you subscribe to a paid YoPace plan. They complement, and do not replace, the YoPace terms of use.

Plans and pricing

YoPace offers a free tier and paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. The current price list, the features each tier includes, and any applicable taxes are displayed on the pricing page at the moment of purchase. Prices are quoted in CHF unless another currency is shown for your region.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle for the same term and at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is taken via the method on file (credit card, SEPA debit, …); failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period during which features may be downgraded.

Free trial

Where offered, a free trial gives you full access to the paid tier for a limited window. We will remind you by email 3 days before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, the subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep paid access until then, with no further charge.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal on the first purchase of a subscription, exercisable by emailing [email protected]. By starting to use the Service immediately at sign-up you acknowledge that this right ends when the Service has been fully provided, in accordance with article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Taxes

Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT or sales tax unless explicitly stated as inclusive. Taxes are added at checkout based on the billing address you provide; you are responsible for declaring the correct address.

Price changes

We may adjust subscription prices going forward. Any change will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will only affect your next renewal — never the cycle you've already paid for. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
